Cottage Cheese Fruit Salad


Cottage Cheese Fruit Salad
By: Roberta Grah (Plainfield, IN) and Marilyn Anderson (Oregon City, OR)

12oz cottage cheese
1 can (11oz) mandarin oranges, drained
1 can (20oz) crushed pineapple, drained
8oz tub Cool whip, thawed
3oz package of orange Jello
Mini marshmallows, if desired!

Mix all ingredients together and chill. You can use low calorie or sugar free ingredients!
